Playable Factory is a tool for creating playable ad creatives. We help you build and export high-quality playables. By accessing the service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of the assets you upload and the creatives you build and export. You are responsible for holding the rights to any brand, artwork, audio or trademark you upload, and for how you use the exported creatives.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans, payments & access

Paid plans and exports are digital products. Access and files are delivered or activated immediately after purchase.

Refunds

Because access and files are delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where local law requires otherwise. Please evaluate the product using the free builder and the live demos before purchasing. Payment is made directly in USDT (TRC-20); the product (export credits and files) is delivered instantly and automatically after on-chain confirmation.

Results & performance

The service provides creative tooling only. Advertising performance — such as conversion, install rate, CTR or ROAS — depends on many factors beyond the creative itself, including your offer and product, targeting and audience, bids and budget, the ad network and its algorithm, competition and seasonality. We do not run media buying and do not promise specific campaign results.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as is”. Features may change over time. We may update these Terms; continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
